What changed

Accor is establishing a new F&B Technology Program with a curated panel of preferred solutions available to its properties. Mews is the program’s first partner. Mews says its POS is already live at more than 850 properties in more than 20 countries. Accor Chief Distribution Officer Jean Noel Lau Keng Lun said the company had rationalized its CRS, PMS, RMS, MICE and payment systems and is now turning to F&B technology. He said the program is intended to help properties maximize total revenue and integrate dining experiences more deeply into Accor’s loyalty ecosystem.
