RoomRaccoon Release 25.6 is coming to the HMS on December 2, 2025. The release adds new Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) through Peach Payments, including Google Pay and Book Now, Pay Later options (Payflex, HappyPay, Float). Operators can now take payments directly from the RaccoonCardMachine without going through the reservation or RaccoonPay dashboard. Subscription invoices will be automatically deducted from the RaccoonPay balance, removing the need for manual bank transfers or direct debit payments. The release introduces a new Conference Room room type for non-accommodation spaces that are invoiced for, billed at 40% of the active tier’s unit rate, while Grey Rooms are restricted to non-revenue operational use. RoomRaccoon now connects to PEPPOL for Belgian hotels to send compliant e-invoices directly from the PMS.
