Syspro and Nuvei partner to embed payments in Syspro’s ERP for manufacturers and distributors
On May 14, 2026, Syspro and Nuvei announced a partnership to embed integrated payments in Syspro’s ERP platform for manufacturing and distribution.
What changed
Correction (October 2026): An earlier version of this story added claims about Nuvei bank-transfer products — lower fees, ‘zero chargebacks’, an ‘Assured Funds’ guarantee and payment orchestration — that are not in this announcement; they come from Nuvei’s general website marketing. It was also dated September 6, 2026; the partnership was announced on May 14, 2026.
According to the release, Syspro customers can process payments in real time, update accounts receivable automatically, reserve funds at order creation, use a PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment page, accept payments in 150 currencies and more than 200 markets, offer customers self-service payment, and use B2B payment methods including ACH and bank transfers. Payment data flows into Syspro to keep receivables records current. Existing Syspro customers can enable the capabilities within their ERP through the Syspro Marketplace.
Why a business should care
For manufacturers and distributors, payments often sit outside the ERP, which slows collection and forces manual reconciliation. The companies say the integration keeps payments, reconciliation and cash-flow reporting in the same system as orders; these are the companies’ claims.
Who it affects
Manufacturers and distributors that use Syspro’s ERP.
What to consider doing
Payment Radar’s view: Syspro users can ask Syspro or Nuvei about pricing, supported payment methods in their markets, and how payments post to receivables before enabling the integration.
Uncertainty and risks
This is a joint company release; benefits such as faster collection and lower costs are the companies’ claims, and no pricing is given.
